Nip Backseat Squabbles in the Bud with a Roll of Quarters
There's nothing like squabbling siblings in the backseat to make even the most patient parents think, “Don't make me stop this car and give you something to really cry about!” Nip arguments in the bud with this travel tip! My kids are only 3 and 5, but they already know the value of money. So on a trip, they each get a roll of quarters. Each time they misbehave, they have to pay me a quarter. Any money that remains is theirs to spend on a souvenir. Just watch how carefully they guard those quarters when they know it's up to them to keep them safe!
