No Time for Breakfast? Make a 30Second Protein Shake!
I'm not a big breakfast eater, but I know it's important to put something healthy in my stomach before the day gets off to the races. I discovered the perfect quick thing for me - a 30Second protein shake. All you need is water, protein powder, a banana and the secret ingredient - frozen fruit (makes everything creamy & delicious!). Put about a cup of water in the blender, 2 teaspoons of protein powder, a banana and half a cup of frozen strawberries, blueberries, peaches, whatever - and blend. It's quick, easy, delicious - and good for you. Cheers!
