Real You with Kids: Step into Your Power!
Step into your power! If you don't stand up for yourself, and your rights - whether it be about where your family heads for spring break or what you'd like for your birthday - if you don't own your feelings and express them, you're going to regret it. Period. Another reason to step into your power: Your kids. Do you want to raise your daughter (and your son) to view women as suffering and controlled by outside forces? Or, do you want them to see you as you really are: in charge, confident and a powerhouse? It's up to you - but here's a hint: Start now and don't stop.
