Kids' Breakfast Idea: Fruit Salad with Yogurt & Granola

Are your kids picky about eating in the morning? Moms know the stress that we go through trying to get our kids to eat before sending them off to school for the day. One trick that I use is to give my little ones a fruit salad as part of their breakfast. Stocking it with cut up apples, pears, bananas, mango and other hearty fruit, I know that at least they will have something nutritious to keep them going if they won’t eat anything else. Add plain yogurt to the mix and it’s like a dessert for the kids – and less stress for you. Try granola on top, too!
