Quick Fitness In Your Seat: Do Chair Dips at Your Desk
No matter how hard we try, sometimes we just can't get away from our desk to take a break. This can lead to energy slumps. Instead of grabbing sugar, get your blood circulating with chair dips. To do chair dips, place your palms on your chair and your feet flat on the floor. Move your bottom off of the edge of your seat. Bend your elbows and lower your body. Straighten your arms to return to the starting position. You don't even have to stand up to workout! Exercise ideas for your arms
