Avoid Knee Pain & Injury When You Workout
Want to protect your knees when you exercise? Follow these simple rules. 1) When jumping, always land with a soft knee. Think of trying to make a soft, quiet landing - it will help you to land naturally in a way that protects the knee. 2) When doing squats or lunges, don't let your knee go forward of your toes - your weight should be remain toward your heels. 3) Don't hyper-extend your knees. Always keep a very slight bend in the knees, even when standing.
