Rainy Day Toddler Activity: Cookie Baking for Fun & Bonding
Before I had my son, I would bake some type of dessert a few times a week. After? Not so much. I found it almost impossible to manage baking and his "helpfulness." My solution? Give him his own batch and let him make "toddler cookies!" I help him measure out Cheerios, milk, dried cranberries, and a few chocolate chips into a large bowl as I am measuring my ingredients. He gets to mix his concoction, then eat it as well! Try to keep him at your height; they just want to be involved and do what Mommy does! Enjoy having some rainy day fun together!
